I rarely get sick. Do I need a primary care physician? 

With a primary care physician, you can get tested for health issues before they become major problems. They offer immunizations and screenings to prevent the development of more serious complications or conditions down the road.

How do I get my medications refilled?

If you need us to refill your medication, please call your doctor's office, even if it shows no refills on your bottle. Refill requests can take up to a couple of days to process, so please plan accordingly.

Is there a difference between a virtual visit and an in-person visit?

Televisits provide the same quality of care as an in-person visit. Virtual visits make it more convenient for patients to connect with their health care providers. This allows you to easily talk to your doctor or provider team from anywhere 24/7.

I am interested in being a patient there, can I book an appointment online?

For new patients, please visit our website and fill out the New Patient Registration packet. Make sure you have all of your insurance cards and medications with you when visiting a doctor for the first time. For an appointment, please call our office at (972) 537-5813.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can’t keep your appointment, please give us 24-hour notice by calling the scheduling line to cancel it. This will free up some of our resources so that we may use them for another patient's care instead!
